Approaching from I-5 South:

• Take the JAMES ST. exit (Exit #165A).
• Continue on 6TH AVE.
• Turn right on JAMES ST.
• JAMES ST turns into YESLER ST at First AVENUE.
• Offices are located on the NW corner of the intersection of YESLER and First AVE.
• Offices are on the Fourth floor of the "Mutual Life Building," above the Magic Mouse Toy Store and kitty corner (diagonally) from the Starbucks at First and Yesler.
